Overview
ALCÔVE AESTHETICS is a design forward medical aesthetics practice rooted in refined, intentional beauty. We specialize in natural results and elevated client experiences. We are seeking a Licensed Aesthetician who is passionate about skin health, artistry, and delivering exceptional, detail driven care.

This is a client facing role for someone who understands that luxury is not just how something looks, but how it feels. Every touchpoint matters.

Experience Requirements (Non Negotiable)
* Minimum 2+ years of hands on experience as a licensed aesthetician.
* Proven experience treating all skin types and tones, including all Fitzpatrick levels I through VI.
* Strong foundation in skin analysis, correction, and long term skin planning.

Key Responsibilities
* Perform high touch, results driven manual facials with exceptional technique, flow, and intention.
* Deliver advanced treatments including.
* Microneedling (SkinPen or equivalent.)
* Chemical peels.
* Laser treatments and energy based modalities.
* Customize treatment plans based on skin type, condition, and client goals.
* Educate clients on home care, post treatment protocols, and long term skin health.
* Maintain the highest standards of sanitation, safety, and compliance.
* Support retail growth through thoughtful, non pushy product recommendations.
* Contribute to content creation including before and afters, treatment education, and social presence.
* Collaborate with providers to ensure a holistic, full face and skin focused approach.

What We Are Looking For
* Someone who can deliver an exceptional manual facial. Technique, pressure, flow, and experience matter.
* Deep understanding of skin of color and inclusive aesthetic practices.
* Experience with lasers and advanced modalities is required, not preferred.
* Aesthetic eye with a commitment to natural, undetectable results.
* Strong communication skills with an ability to educate and build trust.
* Elevated, polished presence aligned with a luxury brand environment.
Self motivated, detail oriented, and growth driven.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
