Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and laser treatments with precision and care.
• Conduct skin analysis to recommend suitable treatments and skincare products tailored to each client’s needs.
• Deliver professional makeup application and nail care services to enhance clients’ overall look.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and retail sales opportunities to promote ongoing skin health.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing equipment and ensuring a clean treatment environment at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively to client concerns, answering questions thoroughly, and creating a positive experience.
• Assist with retail product recommendations and promote new treatments or services to maximize client satisfaction and business growth.

Experience

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Aesthetician with certification in dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, micro needling, chemical peels
• Proven experience performing a range of skincare procedures such as dermabrasion, deep tissue massage, and body waxing.
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients about treatments and products while building rapport.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and best practices in a clinical or spa setting.
• Experience with retail sales, product demos, makeup application, nail care, and other beauty services is highly desirable.
