About Us

XO Wellness & Aesthetics is a physician-owned practice dedicated to helping patients look and feel their best through personalized medical care, wellness services, weight management, and aesthetic treatments. We are seeking a passionate, professional, and motivated Licensed Aesthetician to join our growing team.

We welcome both experienced aestheticians and motivated individuals who are newer to the field and possess a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and a desire to learn and grow.

Position Summary

The Licensed Aesthetician will provide aesthetic treatments, educate patients on skincare, recommend treatment plans, and help grow the aesthetics department within our practice.

This is a part-time position with an expected schedule of 8–20 hours per week. Additional hours may become available as patient demand and practice growth increase.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic services including:
• DiamondGlow® treatments
• Microneedling with SkinPen®
• Customized facials
• Chemical peels
• Dermaplaning
• Acne treatments
• Medical-grade skincare consultations
• Conduct patient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients on skincare products and treatment recommendations
• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships
• Promote patient retention and follow-up care
• Assist with marketing initiatives, social media content, and practice growth
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning treatment areas and equipment after each service.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure excellent patient care

Qualifications

• Active Texas Aesthetician License
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong interpersonal and consultation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Existing clientele or patient following is a plus, but not required
• New graduates and entry-level aestheticians are encouraged to apply if they demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic

We are looking for a candidate who is excited to help build and grow aesthetic services alongside our team.

Compensation

• Hourly compensation: $15.00-$18.00 per hour, based on experience
• Commission opportunities on aesthetic services and skincare product sales
• Initial 90-day probationary period
• Compensation review upon successful completion of the probationary period
• Opportunity for compensation growth as the aesthetics department expands

Preferred Candidate

We are seeking an aesthetician who is passionate about skincare, patient education, and helping build a growing aesthetics practice. Candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with an existing clientele are welcome; however, we are equally interested in individuals who are motivated to help grow the practice and build lasting patient relationships.
