Licensed Aesthetician

JLocation: Red Bank, NJCompany: The Aesthetic BarSchedule: Part-Time | 2–4 Days Per Week + 1 Saturday Per Month

The Aesthetic Bar is seeking a passionate, client-focused, and highly skilled Licensed Aesthetician to join our growing team in Red Bank, NJ. We are looking for a true “rockstar” professional who is dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences, building lasting relationships, and helping clients achieve their skincare goals.

What You’ll Do

• Perform professional skincare treatments and aesthetic services.
• Conduct thorough consultations and recommend customized treatment plans.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and treatment options.
• Promote and sell retail skincare products that support client results.
• Maintain accurate treatment notes and client records.
• Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
• Create a welcoming, luxury-level client experience that encourages retention and referrals.

What We’re Looking For

• Active New Jersey Aesthetician or Cosmetology License.
• Previous experience in a med spa, aesthetic practice, or luxury salon environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and industry trends.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Sales-minded professional with confidence recommending services and retail products.
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
• Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and helping clients look and feel their best.

Compensation

• $24 per hour
• 10% commission on services
• 10% commission on retail sales

Schedule

• 2–4 days per week
• One Saturday per month required
