Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and talented Licensed Aesthetician to join our Optometric Practice in order to add more treatments for dry eye and other treatments around the eye and face. In this role, you will deliver personalized skincare treatments and aesthetic services that enhance our clients’ natural beauty and boost their confidence. Your expertise will help clients achieve their eyecare and skincare goals through professional advice, innovative treatments, and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare and eyecare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, Optilift, Optilight and other procesures to meet individual client needs.
• Administer esthetic laser treatments safely and effectively, adhering to all safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
• Provide specialized services such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, and deep tissue massage to enhance overall client satisfaction.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to support their ongoing skin health.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment area following strict sanitation standards to ensure client safety and comfort.
• Conduct product demos and educate clients about skincare products to promote retail sales and brand loyalty.
• Communicate clearly with clients about treatment options, procedures, and aftercare instructions to ensure positive experiences.

Requirements

• Valid state licensure as a Certified or Licensed Aesthetician with current credentials.
• Proven experience with esthetic laser treatments, Radio Frequency treatments Optilift, Optilight and other treatments.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and latest industry techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and connect with diverse clients.
• Ability to perform multiple treatments while maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety.
• Experience with retail sales, product demos, makeup application, eyelash extensions, nail care, and deep tissue massage is preferred but not required.
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service in a lively and welcoming environment.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
