Licensed Aesthetician

Job Summary

GreenHouse Luxury Spa continues to grow and we are ready to add to our team. We are looking for full time Aestheticians with 5 or more years of experience. We are looking for individuals with a wide range of skills and knowledge. Product experience with Eminence and or Comfort Zone lines will be a huge benefit.

At GreenHouse we are looking to build a team of elite professionals that have a depth of knowledge in skincare that includes machine services from LED light to Radio Frequency treatments. Knowledge and experience with ProCel or other Micro needling treatments are also a plus.

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of skincare treatments and services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and professionalism.

You will be responsible for providing a range of aesthetic services, educating clients on skincare regimens, and promoting products that enhance their beauty journey.

Duties

• Perform various aesthetic treatments including but not limited to facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and machine treatments.
• Conduct thorough skin assessments to tailor services to individual client needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment in accordance with industry standards.
• Utilize software Vagaro for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.
• Engage in retail sales by recommending products that align with clients’ skincare goals.
• Manage social media accounts to promote services and engage with clients.
• Assist with front desk duties including appointment scheduling and guest check-in/out processes.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in aesthetics, including new techniques such as radio frequency and LED advancements.
• Participate in product demonstrations and upselling opportunities during client visits.

Experience
Candidates should have a experienced background in aesthetics. Experience in a med spa environment is highly desirable. Proficiency in various aesthetic techniques including but not limited to microderm, microneedling, radio frequency, dermaplane hydraderm and LED treatments.

Strong communication skills are essential for effective client interaction. A solid understanding of hospitality principles will enhance the overall guest experience. Previous management or leadership experience is a plus but not required.

Pay: $15.00 - $65.00 per hour
