Licensed Aesthetician and Wax Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, and makeup application with precision and professionalism
• Conduct body waxing services such as hair removal using various techniques to ensure client comfort and satisfaction
• Provide additional beauty services like, hair threading, and barbering as needed to meet client requests
• Maintain thorough sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
• Utilize salon software systems like MINDBODY to schedule appointments, process transactions, and manage client records efficiently
• Deliver excellent customer service by listening to client needs, offering product recommendations, and creating personalized treatment plans
• Promote retail sales of skincare products and beauty tools to enhance client results and support business growth

Experience

• Valid cosmetology license with specialization as an aesthetician or esthetician license required
• Proven experience in body waxing, facial treatments, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, and makeup.
• Familiarity with salon management software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction
• Experience in retail sales of skincare products or beauty accessories is advantageous
• Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols in all treatments

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
