About the Role

Divine Rejuvenation is a boutique, NP-led medical aesthetics clinic in Moreno Valley focused on injectables, skin health, and metabolic wellness.

We are seeking a motivated, reliable Licensed Esthetician who wants to grow in aesthetics and be trained in a real clinical environment.

This is a ground-floor opportunity—ideal for someone early in their career who is serious about building skill, clientele, and long-term growth.

Compensation

• Hourly: $16.90 – $21.00/hour (based on reliability, growth, and performance)
• Commission: 10% on:
• Services performed
• Retail products sold

What You’ll Be Doing Client Experience & Front Office

• Greet and check in clients
• Book and confirm appointments
• Collect payments
• Follow up with clients

Growth & Marketing

• Assist with Instagram content
• Support client outreach and rebooking
• Promote services and retail

Clinical (After Training)

• Perform facials, peels, microneedling (as trained)
• Maintain treatment rooms and infection control

⏱Schedule

• Saturdays (4–5 hours)
• Additional hours available as client demand grows

Requirements

• Active California Esthetician License
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Reliable and punctual (non-negotiable)
• Coachable and willing to learn
