Licensed Aesthetician – Cosmetic Practice

Job Summary
We are a growing medical and cosmetic practice dedicated to providing high-quality aesthetic services and patient care. We are seeking a licensed, professional, and detail-oriented Aesthetician to join our team and help our clients look and feel their best. Position Overview The ideal candidate is a licensed aesthetician with experience in medical aesthetics or a cosmetic spa setting. You will provide professional skincare services, support cosmetic treatments, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Client Care & Treatments
• Perform facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, and other skincare treatments
• Assist with pre- and post-procedure care for cosmetic treatments (laser, injectables, etc.)
• Educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism Operational Duties
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
• Assist with inventory management and product sales
• Schedule appointments and follow-up with clients as needed
• Support the admin team with patient coordination and documentation Professionalism & Compliance
• Maintain licensing and comply with all state regulations
• Follow sanitation and safety protocols
• Participate in training and continuing education opportunities Qualifications

Requirements

• Valid state licensure as a licensed aesthetician with certification in cosmetology or related fields.
• Proven experience in esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.
• Strong communication skills to clearly explain procedures and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures essential for maintaining a compliant practice environment.
• Ability to perform deep tissue massage, nail care services, and product demos confidently.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that motivates clients to return regularly.

Pay: $24.91 - $30.00 per hour
