Job Summary:

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Aesthetician to provide high-quality aesthetic services in a supportive medical setting. This is acommission-only position, ideal for someone eager to grow their clientele in a professional, high-quality setting.

Have your own following? Even better. We welcome aestheticians who already have an established client base and are looking for a new home with clinical credibility, efficient patient flow, and dermatology support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform personalized skincare consultations and develop treatment plans.
• Offer a range of aesthetic services, including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and more (based on training/certifications).
• Recommend products to enhance patient outcomes.
• Keep treatment rooms clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Work with dermatology staff to provide integrated patient care.
• Keep up with trends, education, and best practices in aesthetics.
• Evening and Saturday hours may be required based on client scheduling needs.

Qualifications:

• Valid Tennessee Aesthetician License (required)
• Previous experience in medical aesthetics or dermatology preferred
• Strong product and treatment knowledge
• Excellent communication and sales ability
• Motivated, reliable, and focused on patient care
• Confidence in bringing a client base

Licenses/Certifications:

• Tennessee Aesthetician License (required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (preferred)
