Key Responsibilities:
- Perform customized facials based on skin type and client concerns
- Provide treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, LED therapy, and hydrafacial (if certified)
- Conduct thorough skin analysis and recommend appropriate treatments and home care products
- Educate clients on skincare routines and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and compliant with state regulations
- Promote and sell skincare products and packages
- Stay up to date with new skincare techniques, products, and industry trends
- Work collaboratively with medical providers for advanced treatments (in a med spa setting)
Services May Include:
- Deep cleansing and anti-aging facials
- Acne treatments
- Chemical exfoliation (light/medium peels where permitted)
- Extractions
- Microdermabrasion and dermaplaning
- LED light therapy
- Hydrafacial treatments
- Body treatments (scrubs, wraps, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Active Aesthetician/Esthetician license in the state (e.g., Pennsylvania)
- Previous spa or med spa experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and treatment protocols
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to build client relationships and retain clientele
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred:
- Certifications in advanced treatments (chemical peels, dermaplaning, hydrafacial, etc.)
- Experience with medical-grade skincare brands
- Sales experience (retail products and treatment packages)
Work Environment & Expectations:
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
