Dermatique Laser & Skin is seeking a clinically advanced, results-driven Aesthetician / Laser Technician with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical aesthetics setting.

This is a provider-led, medically directed practice — not a traditional spa environment.
We are looking for someone who understands how to operate within a clinical framework, contribute to treatment outcomes, and take ownership of their growth within a high-performing team.

Position Overview

You will work in direct collaboration with our physician and nurse practitioners to:

• Execute customized, medically guided treatment plans
• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments within Illinois scope of practice
• Support patient outcomes through education, consistency, and follow-through
• Contribute to patient retention and treatment plan adherence

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical spa or plastic surgery practice
• Hands-on experience performing laser treatments
• Experience working alongside medical providers (MD, NP, or PA)
• Strong foundation in:
• Skin analysis and consultation
• Medical-grade skincare and ingredients
• Chemical peels and advanced facials (DiamondGlow or equivalent)
• Ability to build and maintain a loyal client base
