We are growing our team and looking for an experienced, licensed, and results-driven Medical Aesthetician / Laser Technician/RN/NP to join us.
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Aesthetician or Nurser to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments to improve skin health and appearance.
• Conduct facial , laser services with precision and professionalism.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and conduct product demos to promote retail sales.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing equipment and ensuring treatment areas are hygienic at all times.
• Deliver deep tissue massages and other relaxation therapies to enhance client well-being and satisfaction.
• Assist clients with selecting suitable treatments based on their individual needs and skin types, ensuring a personalized experience.
• Support retail sales efforts by promoting skincare products and offering expert advice to maximize client benefits.

Requirements

Required:

• Active Texas Aesthetician License, OR
• Laser Technician Certification, OR
• RN/NP

Preferred Skills

• Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in Botox, dermal fillers, body contouring, facials, and HydraFacial treatments
• Proven expertise in injectables, or skincare, laser treatments, dermabrasion, and other advanced skincare procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse clients.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Ability to educate clients effectively on skincare routines, product usage, and treatment benefits through engaging product demos.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and provide exceptional service experiences.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal, IPL, RF microneedling, and other energy-based treatments
• Deliver facial treatments and HydraFacial services tailored to client skin needs
• Assist and coordinate with the medical director / injector on Botox and dermal filler procedures
• Perform body contouring treatments
• Conduct thorough client consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
• Sell treatment packages and medical-grade skincare products
• Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of treatment rooms, equipment, and inventory
• Follow all Texas medical spa regulations and clinical protocols
• Keep accurate and complete client charts and documentation
