***Position On Call to start! Brand new location. Looking to hire multiple Aestheticians and Medical Aestheticians. Open seven days a week 9 to 6. Seeking those certified in microneedling, peels, ultrasound, high frequency, diamond microdermabrasion, waxing, lash tint lift and extensions, Botox, fillers, etc. Body contouring. Also looking for injectors!

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aesthetic treatments and services, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a welcoming and sanitary environment. This role requires proficiency in both technical skills and interpersonal communication, as you will be responsible for enhancing the beauty and confidence of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of aesthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and more.
• Administer advanced treatments such as dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, esthetic laser treatments, and more.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations.
• Provide excellent guest services by addressing client inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
• Conduct product demonstrations and upsell retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the salon or med spa environment.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in aesthetics, including hair extensions, hair threading, tattooing, and color theory.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license is required.
• Proven experience in a similar role within a salon or med spa setting is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Experience with social media management to promote services and engage with clients online is a plus.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols in the beauty industry.
• Familiarity with retail sales techniques and upselling strategies is beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing time effectively.
