Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Aesthetician to join our growing medical aesthetics clinic in New Jersey. This role combines hands-on skincare treatments with front desk responsibilities and is ideal for someone who enjoys both patient care and client interaction.

The ideal candidate is motivated, team-oriented, and excited to contribute to a fast-growing aesthetics practice. Newly licensed estheticians are strongly encouraged to apply.

Esthetician Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare treatments including:
• Facials
• Chemical peels
• Skin analysis and consultations
• Other licensed aesthetic services
• Educate clients on skincare routines and post-treatment care
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and sanitation standards
• Follow New Jersey State Board of Cosmetology regulations
• Work collaboratively with nurses, providers, and clinic staff
• Accurately document treatments and client information

Front Desk Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide a welcoming, professional experience
• Schedule appointments and manage clinic calendars
• Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
• Assist with intake forms and patient documentation
• Process payments and support retail skincare sales
• Maintain an organized and professional reception area

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Aesthetician License (Required)
• Strong interest in medical aesthetics and skincare
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask between treatments and front desk duties
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support clinic operations

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or aesthetics clinic
• Experience with chemical peels and advanced facial treatments
• Knowledge of medical-grade skincare products
