We are seeking a licensed Aesthetician with strong technical skills and a patient-focused approach to join our team.

Position Summary

The Aesthetician will provide advanced aesthetic treatments while adhering to established medical protocols and safety standards. This role requires strong clinical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to educate patients on treatment options and skincare maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Perform customized medical-grade facials based on skin assessment and treatment goals
  • Safely and effectively perform laser hair removal in accordance with medical protocols
  • Perform microneedling treatments and post-procedure care
  • Administer chemical peels and exfoliation treatments as indicated
  • Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop appropriate treatment plans
  • Document treatments accurately in patient records
  • Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care and skincare regimens
  • Maintain treatment rooms and equipment in compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

  • Active Michigan Aesthetician License (state-required)
  • Prior experience in a medical spa
  • Proficiency in facials, laser hair removal, microneedling, and chemical peels
  • Strong understanding of skin physiology, contraindications, and treatment protocols
  • Ability to follow physician-directed guidelines and clinical standards
  • Excellent communication and patient education skills
  • Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
