Licensed Aesthetician - Radiance

We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and client-focused Licensed Aesthetician to join our growing team at Radiance! Radiance offers a fast-paced, cutting edge, and industry-leading team culture that thrives on bringing results-oriented skin and body care to our community.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare, be knowledgeable about a wide range of aesthetic treatments, and be enthusiastic about helping clients look and feel their best. This is a full-time position that is required to work 3 Saturdays per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional facial treatments and skin care services tailored to client needs
• Perform a variety of aesthetic services including but not limited to: Chemical peels, Microdermabrasion, Dermaplaning, HydraFacials, Microneedling, and Acne treatments
• Educate clients on skincare regimens, products, and post-treatment care
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and tools per health and safety regulations
• Keep accurate records of treatments and client progress
• Stay up-to-date with the latest aesthetic trends, products, and technologies
• Upsell skincare products and additional services when appropriate
• Collaborate with medical staff for integrated treatment plans

Qualifications:

• Valid state license as an Aesthetician
• 1–3 years of experience in a medical spa or wellness setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, skincare products, and treatment techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, compassionate, and client-centered demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
• Must be a quick learner, team player, have the drive to grow and learn, and exhibit high ethical standards.
• Must be positive, enthusiastic, and high energy, with strong leadership skills.
• Must be highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-oriented.
