Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser procedures with precision and care.
• Conduct body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care services to meet diverse client needs.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment benefits through clear communication and personalized advice.
• Demonstrate product demos and retail sales techniques to promote skincare products effectively.
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Assist with deep tissue massage services and other wellness treatments to enhance client relaxation and satisfaction.
• Stay current on industry trends, new treatments, and product innovations to provide expert guidance and elevate service quality.

Skills

• Proven experience with esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, and other advanced skincare procedures.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with clients and address their concerns confidently.
• Excellent communication skills to explain treatments clearly and upsell products seamlessly.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols, ensuring a clean and safe treatment environment at all times.
• Ability to perform body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and deep tissue massage with precision.
• Familiarity with retail sales techniques to promote skincare products effectively during appointments.
