Licensed Aesthetician (Wellness & MedSpa)

Overview

We’re looking for a Licensed Aesthetician who’s ready to play a big role in our wellness and MedSpa environment. This position goes far beyond just doing facials — you’ll be part of a dynamic team where every day is different.

You’ll perform treatments, help clients feel their best, assist with front desk operations, book appointments, handle calls, and help sell treatment packages and retail products. We’re looking for someone who’s eager to learn, take initiative, and grow within a professional MedSpa setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform facial and skincare treatments (cleansing, exfoliation, masks, peels, etc.)

• Learn and assist with other MedSpa and wellness services (training provided)

• Support front desk operations: greet clients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage client flow

• Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and available treatments

• Help promote and sell packages, memberships, and retail products

• Maintain a clean, calm, and organized workspace

• Contribute to team goals and create a great client experience every time

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Aesthetician

• Open to learning new MedSpa and wellness services

• Comfortable working both hands-on with treatments and behind the desk

• Excellent communication, customer service, and multitasking skills

• Positive, professional, and eager to grow
