Licensed Associate Counselor

Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group counseling sessions to clients using Enneagram Empowered Psychotherapy as a primary framework -Conduct initial assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and treatment based on client needs - using a variety of effective therapeutic interventions to address a range of mental health issues - Collaborate with clinical team to ensure comprehensive client care - Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation - Stay informed about current research and best practices in counseling -Qualifications- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy or a related field - Valid AZ license to practice psychotherapy - Experience working with clients who have experienced trauma - Knowledge of DSM5TR and/or ICD-10 diagnostic criteria and treatment protocols - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care - Please note that this position involves working mornings, afternoons, evenings and/or weekends.
