Licensed Beauty Professional

Overview
We are looking to add a few more talented and personable Licensed beauty professionals to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will possess a current beauty license or be in school to become licensed. Must have a passion for the industry along with excellent customer service skills. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide clients with top-quality beauty services, enhance their overall beauty experience, and promote rebooking and retail products. Candidates should have a strong background in cosmetology, esthetics, sanitation, and a keen eye for detail to ensure client satisfaction and safety. Certain professionals may be eligible for a booth rental agreement over employment.

Duties

• Perform professional services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail enhancements using various techniques. (For nail techs).
• Provide beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, and esthetic laser treatments as applicable.
• Offer brow and lash services and lash extensions to clients seeking beauty solutions.
• Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Educate clients on nail care routines and recommend suitable retail products to enhance their beauty regimen.
• Upsell additional services and retail products to maximize client satisfaction and sales.
• Assist with retail sales by promoting skincare, haircare, and beauty products effectively.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies needed for daily operations.
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills to foster repeat business.

Skills

• Proficiency in color theory and nail art techniques to create customized designs.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and practices within the beauty industry.
• Formal training in cosmetology or esthetician certification with specialization in nail care.
• Experience with eyelash extensions, hair threading, body waxing, dermabrasion, and laser treatments is a plus.
• Ability to promote the Spa as well as your own work via social media etc.
• Familiarity with retail math for inventory management and sales tracking.
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients about services and product options effectively.

Pay: $47,195.14 - $56,837.16 per year
