Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Licensed Behavior Specialist to join our dynamic behavioral health team. The LBS at Positive Strides ABA provides behavior consultation services, including assessments, treatment planning, caregiver training, and supervision of direct support staff (BHTs/RBTs), in accordance with IBHS regulations.
This position is designed for professionals who are also pursuing BCBA certification. Positive Strides ABA will actively support fieldwork supervision and provide a guaranteed path to transition into a full BCBA role upon certification and licensure.
Responsibilities
- Conduct FBAs and develop treatment plans
- Supervise and train RBTs/BHTs
- Monitor and update treatment plans per client progress
- Provide parent/caregiver training
- Participate in clinical meetings and case reviews
- Complete documentation in compliance with IBHS and Medicaid
- Participate in BCBA supervision and fieldwork tracking
- Transition into BCBA-level services upon licensure
Requirements
- Active PA LBS license (required)
- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
- RBT or direct service background preferred
- Clearances (PA Child Abuse, State Police, FBI) (required)
- Progress toward BCBA certification (strongly preferred)

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
