We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Behavioral Health Professional to provide high-quality substance use & mental health services. If you are passionate about helping others achieve recovery, emotional wellness, and personal growth, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Alcohol or Drug Assessments & mental health assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, facilitating recovery groups, developing relapse prevention plans, coordinating care, and working with multidisciplinary treatment.
• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group counseling.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, community resources, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Adhere to ethical standards, state licensing regulations, and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Current Behavioral Health Professional license (LPC, LADC, LMFT) in the state of Oklahoma.
• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Strong assessment, communication, and clinical documentation skills.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) preferred.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
