Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (Russian/Ukrainian) Benefits Enrollment Counselor licensed in California to join our team on a 1099 contract basis. Duties
- Engage with clients through outbound telemarketing and retail sales channels to promote benefits enrollment services.
- Provide comprehensive guidance on health, life, and property casualty insurance products, ensuring clients understand their options clearly.
- Conduct detailed analysis of client needs to recommend suitable insurance plans, leveraging your knowledge of insurance regulation and benefits administration.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication, personalized service, and follow-up support.
- Utilize CRM systems proficiently to track client interactions, manage leads, and document enrollment activities accurately.
- Negotiate policy terms with clients, ensuring mutual understanding and satisfaction while adhering to insurance compliance standards such as HIPAA.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that increase community awareness of available benefits programs.
Skills
- Bilingual fluency in Russian or Ukrainian is essential for effective client communication.
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a focus on benefits or insurance products.
- Strong negotiation skills to close enrollments and address client concerns confidently.
- Knowledge of commercial insurance, health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and related regulations.
- Excellent analysis skills for assessing client needs and recommending appropriate coverage options.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems for sales administration and client management.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and benefits administration processes.
