Licensed Clinical Psychologist, PhD/PsyD

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Licensed Clinical Psychologist, holding a PhD or PsyD, to join our multidisciplinary mental health team. In this vital role, you will deliver expert psychological services across diverse settings, including outpatient clinics, hospitals, schools, and telehealth platforms. Your expertise will help individuals of all ages—children, adolescents, adults, and seniors—navigate mental health challenges and improve their overall well-being. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, provide evidence-based psychotherapy, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic patient care. Duties

  • Conduct thorough psychological assessments including intake interviews, diagnostic evaluations, and psychological testing to inform treatment planning.
  • Deliver individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral health interventions, and trauma-informed care techniques.
  • Provide specialized care for populations with unique needs such as children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), individuals with PTSD or disabilities, geriatrics, pediatrics, and patients in inpatient or outpatient settings.
  • Manage crisis intervention situations effectively by assessing risk and implementing safety protocols in accordance with HIPAA regulations and medical records standards.
  • Supervise clinical staff or interns when applicable, offering guidance on patient care strategies and documentation practices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and medical records in compliance with HIPAA standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including social workers, physicians, school personnel, and community agencies to coordinate comprehensive care plans.

Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in the state of practice.
  • Proven experience working with children and families in clinical settings; supervision experience is a plus.
  • Expertise in delivering psychotherapy modalities such as CBT, behavioral health counseling, and trauma-focused interventions.
  • Strong skills in crisis intervention, psychological testing, diagnostic evaluation, and patient assessment.
  • Experience working within hospital environments or telehealth platforms; familiarity with HIPAA compliance is essential.
  • Knowledge of working with diverse populations including individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), PTSD care needs, disabilities, geriatrics, pediatrics, and addiction counseling.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging patients across inpatient and outpatient settings; ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
