We are currently seeking Independent Florida Licensed Licensed Clinical Social Worker who want to have a meaningful impact on the quality of life of residents in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities throughout the state of Florida. This is an outstanding opportunity for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to partner with one of Florida's most successful healthcare companies.

Our model of care provides a psychologist and a psychiatrist assigned to each facility. In addition we assign LCSW's to specific facilities based on caseload demands. Upon receipt of an attending physician's order, the psychologists perform an initial evaluation and provide psychotherapy and/or behavioral management when clinically appropriate. Our psychiatrists also perform an initial evaluation and psychotropic medication management when clinically indicated. LCSW will provide ongoing psychotherapy and behavioral management when clinically appropriate. This collaboration provides continuity of care for our patients.

The LCSW visits one facility per day and maintains a weekly schedule. Patient visits are at skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.

Required Qualifications

Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida - Masters' Degree in Clinical Social Work required.

Proficient in evidence-based treatments (i.e. CBT, ACT and DBT)

Proficient computer and technology skills

Current, unencumbered Florida LCSW license

Must be willing to travel site to site

Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Ability to establish therapeutic alliances and rapport required to work with a diverse patient population

Ability to make independent decisions in accordance with established policies and procedures while working within the collaborative team framework.

Current CPR certification

Current valid Florida Driver's License

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
