Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic behavioral health team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Deliver individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, behavioral therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Provide specialized counseling for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors dealing with conditions like PTSD, addiction, autism spectrum disorders, developmental disabilities, Alzheimer’s disease, and geriatrics.
- Implement crisis management strategies and crisis intervention techniques to ensure patient safety during urgent situations.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in electronic medical records (EMR) systems while adhering to HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, case managers, educators, and community organizations to coordinate holistic care.
- Collect data for clinical research projects related to mental health treatment outcomes and behavioral health interventions. Requirements
- Valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Proven experience in psychotherapy, mental health counseling, social work or related fields with a focus on behavioral health.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, ICD coding systems (ICD-9/10), CPT coding for billing purposes, and familiarity with medical records management.
- Experience working with children and families in home or community care settings is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in EMR systems and medical documentation standards compliant with HIPAA regulations.
- Skills in motivational interviewing, crisis management, diagnostic evaluation, case management and addiction counseling.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.
- Knowledge of psychopharmacology is a plus for integrated patient care approaches.

Job Description
Position Title: Therapist
Position Summary: The Therapist will -
- Provide counseling services in accordance with the National Association for Social Workers Code of Ethics.
- Practice within the scope of the Therapist’s education and experience.
- Participate in Quarterly Audits.
- Function and collaborate with clinic staff when appropriate and in the best interest of the patient.
- Provide referrals for services when needed.
- Coordinate with other organizational entities involved in psychosocial and mental health services.
Position Specifications:
Education
· Completion of an accredited Social Work program leading to a Masters of Social Work (MSW) Degree
Licensure
· Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri
Certification
· Must maintain current BLS
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
