Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic behavioral health team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive mental health and social work services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Your expertise will help individuals and families navigate complex emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges through evidence-based therapies and compassionate support.   • Conduct thorough clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine mental health needs using HIPAA-compliant medical documentation standards.
  • Provide individual, group, and family counseling utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and behavioral therapy tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
  • Deliver specialized services including child & family counseling, addiction counseling, PTSD care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities.
  • Implement crisis intervention techniques and crisis management protocols to ensure immediate safety and stabilization for clients experiencing acute mental health crises.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical research findings and best practices; document progress meticulously in electronic medical records (EMR) systems while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on case management efforts, coordinate community care services, and facilitate referrals for specialized support such as special education or geriatrics.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in clinical research activities, data collection efforts, and staying current with ICD-9/ICD-10 coding updates for accurate diagnosis coding (ICD coding). Experience
  • Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the relevant state or jurisdiction.
  • Proven experience in clinical counseling within hospital settings or community-based programs; familiarity with home & community care environments is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated expertise in psychotherapy techniques including motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and behavioral health interventions.
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), or individuals with disabilities; familiarity with special education practices is a plus.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology related to mental health conditions; experience documenting patient care in EMR systems while maintaining compliance with HIPAA standards.
  • Background in crisis management, crisis intervention strategies, and working with individuals experiencing trauma or PTSD symptoms.
  • Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations using ICD coding systems (ICD-9/ICD-10) for accurate diagnosis classification; experience with CPT coding is advantageous. Pay: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
