<Job Summary>
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic behavioral health team. In this role, you will provide expert mental health counseling, clinical assessments, and case management services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Your expertise will help clients navigate mental health challenges, developmental disabilities, trauma, and addiction issues while promoting overall well-being. <Duties>

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing medical terminology and HIPAA-compliant documentation standards.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, behavioral therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA).
• Implement specialized interventions for clients with PTSD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, Alzheimer's disease, and geriatrics.
• Engage in crisis intervention and crisis management to support patients experiencing acute mental health episodes or emergencies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans, coordinate care, and ensure compliance with CPT coding and ICD-10/ICD-9/ICD coding standards for medical billing.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR systems) for accurate data collection, medical documentation, patient care tracking, and research purposes.
• Participate in clinical research initiatives related to behavioral health, addiction counseling, or pediatric mental health to advance evidence-based practices.
• Provide case management services including intake assessments, patient education, community resource linkage, and follow-up care.
• Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and security of medical records.

<Qualifications>

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the relevant state or jurisdiction.
• Proven experience working with children & family counseling, behavioral health populations, or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of psychotherapeutic techniques such as motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and crisis intervention strategies.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, ICD-10/ICD-9 coding for diagnostics and CPT coding for billing purposes.
• Experience working in hospital settings or home & community care environments is highly desirable.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations involving PTSD care, addiction counseling, autism spectrum disorders, Alzheimer’s care, geriatrics or special education needs.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments effectively.

Pay: $42.40 - $51.06 per hour
