Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. Duties

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health and social needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client goals.
• Provide therapy and counseling services to clients, including addiction counseling when necessary.
• Utilize evidence-based practices in behavioral health to promote positive outcomes.
• Engage in data collection and documentation of client progress and treatment efficacy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and resources.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions.
• Stay informed about current trends in psychopharmacology and mental health practices.

Experience

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• Valid state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Experience working with children and families is preferred.
• Familiarity with coding for insurance purposes is a plus.
• Strong background in addiction counseling and mental health therapy is desirable.
• Proven ability to provide patient care with empathy and professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective collaboration.
