Established charter high school seeking an experienced full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW or LISW) to provide clinical therapy to high-risk high school students. Sessions take place in on-campus setting with some online sessions.

Work hours: On campus, 9:15 am to 5:15 pm Monday through Thursday; remote/online work from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm on Fridays.
200 day contract on school calendar.
Excellent salary and benefits package.
Spanish bilingual preferred, and stipend available.
Qualifications
Applicant must have LCSW or LISW and 5+ years of Clinical experience.
Ability to work with special education IEP students.
Ability to build rapport with "at-risk" teens.
Exemplary in-person and online therapy skills, and crisis intervention skills necessary.
Responsibilities Include:
On-going clinical counseling for students
Building therapeutic relationships with students on campus and online
Case Management with students and families connecting to resources including food, housing, and other services
Crisis Intervention
Facilitate small therapeutic groups with students
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
