Overview
Join our growing Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC) at Favor Mental Health Services as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Master's Social Worker (LMSW), providing outpatient therapy to individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns. This position offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative, supportive clinical environment alongside psychiatric providers and other therapists dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated clinician who is interested in providing evidence-based therapy services both in person and via telehealth. This role allows flexibility while working with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team.

Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and intake interviews to determine individual needs.
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing tailored to each client.
- Deliver specialized child and family counseling, including working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, and in special education settings.
- Manage crisis interventions and crisis management plans for clients experiencing acute mental health episodes or trauma.
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions focused on mental health counseling, addiction counseling, PTSD care, Alzheimer's care, and geriatrics.
- Document all patient interactions accurately within electronic medical records (EMR) systems while adhering to HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on case management plans, medical records review, and clinical research initiatives to enhance patient care quality.
- Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques for clients with autism or behavioral challenges; incorporate diagnostic coding such as ICD-10/ICD-9/ICD coding for accurate record keeping.
- Engage in community outreach programs to support home & community care initiatives; participate in data collection and research efforts to improve behavioral health services.
Experience
- Valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMSW with current certification in good standing from the appropriate state licensing board.
- Proven experience delivering psychotherapy and clinical counseling across diverse populations, including children, adults, geriatrics, and individuals with a hx of substance abuse or other disabilities.
- Demonstrated expertise working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder; familiarity with special education practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of behavioral health treatments such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and addiction counseling techniques.
- Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation; understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality of medical records is essential.
- Background in crisis intervention strategies and trauma-informed care approaches for clients experiencing PTSD or other mental health crises.

Pay: $60.00 - $85.00 per hour
