Licensed Clinical Therapist

Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Therapist to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various therapeutic modalities and a commitment to providing high-quality care to individuals and families. This role involves working with diverse populations, including children, geriatrics, and individuals dealing with PTSD, among other mental health challenges. The Therapist will play a crucial role in developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing clinical counseling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
• Provide clinical counseling services to clients, focusing on case management and therapeutic interventions.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, including dance therapy when appropriate.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Engage in clinical research to enhance therapeutic practices and contribute to evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Valid licensure as a Therapist or Counselor in the state of practice.
• Experience in case management and clinical counseling is preferred.
• Familiarity with child family counseling techniques is a plus.
• Knowledge of PTSD care methodologies and geriatric mental health issues is desirable.
• Strong skills in research data collection and clinical research practices.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and demonstrate cultural competence.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
