Licensed Community Association Manager (Experienced)

Property Specialists, Inc. has immediate openings for full-time Community Association Managers. We are a large, full-service management company that has served the Chicagoland area for over 45 years. As our firm continues to grow, we are again seeking self-motivated, friendly, highly organized individuals to join our team. This position does require a Community Association Manager License. As a part of our management team, each Community Association Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Communicate and Work Closely with Board Members, Committee Members and Homeowners

Prepare Annual Budgets

Prepare Management Reports

Prepare RFPs

Supervise Contractors

Property Inspections

Attend Board Meetings as Contractually Required
