Licensed Contractor, Subcontractor, Trade (1099)

Yahalom Build LLC — is looking to partner with a Licensed Contractors in the Tampa Bay area.

We are looking for a contractor proficient in:

- Tile

- Flooring

- Drywall / paint

- Finish carpentry

- General renovation

- Plumbing

- Electrical

Requirements:

- Experience in construction / remodeling

- Reliable and responsible attitude

- Ability to show up on time and complete work properly

- Own tools are preferred, but not always required

- Legal work authorization / proper documents required

- Insurance / W-9

- Reliable Transportation

Bilingual - Russian, Ukrainian, or Spanish speaking applicants are welcome and will be considered a strong plus!

We are building a long-term team and looking for honest, professional people who want steady work and a good working relationship.
