Duties

• Perform comprehensive hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and hair extensions to meet client preferences and trends
• Apply knowledge of color theory to create customized color solutions that complement each client’s unique features
• Maintain impeccable sanitation practices across all services to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Stay current with industry trends such as hair barbering techniques, and new esthetic treatments to provide innovative services

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology/barber license issued by the state or relevant licensing authority
• Proven experience in hair styling, coloring, and cutting techniques with a strong understanding of color theory or barber treatments
• Excellent communication skills to effectively consult with clients about their beauty goals and product recommendations
• Ability to perform retail math for upselling opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach
• Strong understanding of sanitation protocols and safety procedures in a professional salon environment
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service with a lively attitude that energizes clients and team members alike
