Position Overview:
Peaceful Horizons Counseling, LLC is hiring for Associate & Fully Licensed Counselor (W2 Worker)

Key Responsibilities:

• Master Level or Associate/Fully Licensed staff will provide a Therapeutic Team approach for client treatment.
• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions under the supervision of a licensed counselor.
• Assist in the development and implementation of treatment plans for clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with agency policies.
• Participate in clinical supervision sessions and adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive care to clients.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance counseling skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Completion of coursework in counseling theories and techniques.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Commitment to cultural competence and working with diverse populations.
• Willingness to adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain client confidentiality.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Previous experience working or volunteering in a counseling or mental health setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based counseling modalities and interventions.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles.

Education Requirements:

LPC, LAPC, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW, preferred. We encourage Master's Level Student Therapist (Seeking Licensure) to apply as well.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
