Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Based on Experience

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)

Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

A positive and helpful demeanor with a genuine desire to assist others.

Proficiency with standard office software and comfortable learning new systems.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, offering friendly and efficient assistance.

Respond to customer inquiries regarding policies, billing, and general insurance questions.

Assist policyholders with making changes to their accounts and processing necessary paperwork.

Provide clear explanations of insurance coverage and policy details.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth client experience from start to finish.

Maintain accurate client records and update information in our systems promptly.
