About Us

Helios Global Inc. is a growing international trade services company specializing in customs brokerage, customs clearance, and trade compliance consulting. We help importers navigate U.S. Customs regulations and provide practical solutions for international trade and supply chain operations.

We are seeking a Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) to support customs brokerage operations and help expand our customs compliance services.

Responsibilities

• Review and oversee customs entry filings.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations.
• Provide customs clearance support and guidance to clients.
• Classify products under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS).
• Advise clients on tariff classification, customs valuation, country of origin, and import compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with importers, carriers, warehouses, freight forwarders, and government agencies.
• Assist with customs examinations, post-entry activities, and compliance reviews.
• Support the development of customs compliance procedures and best practices.
• Provide customs and trade compliance consulting services.

Qualifications

Required:

• Active U.S. Customs Broker License (LCB).
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and import compliance.
• Familiarity with HTS classification and customs valuation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred:

• Experience with ACE and customs entry systems.
• Knowledge of FDA, EPA, FCC, USDA, and other Partner Government Agency requirements.
• Experience in customs brokerage, logistics, freight forwarding, or international trade.

Work Arrangement
