Qualifications

• Current Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Organized, dependable, and patient-focused
• Sedation certification and orthodontic experience are a plus
• New graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor during dental procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
• Take digital X-rays
• Educate patients and help create a comfortable experience
• Support efficient daily clinic operations
