Licensed Dental Assistant

We are a busy and growing pediatric dental office in Maple Grove seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Dental Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide high-quality dental care in a friendly and professional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms.
• Take and develop dental radiographs.
• Provide oral hygiene instructions to parents and patients.
• Maintain patient records and ensure proper documentation.
• Sterilize instruments and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Support the office team with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid dental assistant license in Minnesota.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively with children and families.
