About the Role

This is an important clinical role within our practice. The Licensed Dental Assistant | Clinical Coordinator supports periodontal, surgical, regenerative, and implant care while also helping strengthen communication and coordination between the clinical and administrative teams.

You will work closely with doctors and teammates to help the day run smoothly, support patients at a high level, and create consistency across the practice. We are looking for someone who notices what needs to be done, follows through, communicates well with others, and contributes in a way that strengthens both the team and the patient experience.

  • Strong computer skills with the ability to type efficiently and accurately
  • Experience with or willingness to learn digital workflows, including iTero scanning

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with periodontal, surgical, regenerative, and implant procedures
  • Support doctors with excellent preparation, charting, and clinical flow
  • Use digital technology including radiographs, photography, and iTero scans
  • Type accurate clinical notes and documentation
  • Help guide the flow of the clinical day
  • Serve as a liaison between the administrative and clinical teams
  • Support excellent patient communication and follow-through
  • Contribute to a strong, accountable, team-focused culture

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
