Licensed Dental Assistant (Full Time/4 days week)

Twin Cities Periodontics is growing and excited to add a Full-Time Licensed Dental Assistant to our specialty team. We are looking for someone who enjoys patient care, values teamwork, and takes pride in creating a positive experience for every patient.

As a Full-Time Licensed Dental Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting both our patients and clinical team by:

• Providing attentive chairside assistance during periodontal and implant procedures
• Communicating with patients in a reassuring, professional manner
• Maintaining efficient clinical flow through strong organization and time management
• Supporting a collaborative and positive team environment
• Ensuring attention to detail in patient care and treatment preparation

We understand that starting somewhere new can feel like a big step. That’s why we are committed to providing supportive training and guidance to help you feel confident and successful at Twin Cities Periodontics.

This is a full-time Licensed Dental Assistant position working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (7:30 AM - 5:00 PM with an hour lunch). First patient of the day starts at 8:00 AM.

Please note that Thursday shifts rotate every other week:

• 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM, or
• 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM

When working the morning Thursday shift (7:00 AM – 1:00 PM), you will have Wednesday off.

When working the afternoon Thursday shift (1:00 PM – 7:00 PM), you will have Friday off.
