Pay: $20–$32/hour (depending on experience)

Schedule:

Monday–Thursday, with occasional Friday coverage as needed.

Compensation:

$20–$32 per hour depending on experience, certifications, attitude, and overall fit.

Responsibilities include:

• Chairside assisting
• Digital x-rays
• Sterilization and infection control
• Treatment room setup and breakdown
• Temporary crowns and provisional work
• Digital scanning / intraoral scanners preferred
• Helping support efficient patient flow
• Assisting with all aspects of general dentistry
• Team collaboration and communication
• Maintaining accurate patient records

Qualifications:

• Minnesota LDA license or ability to obtain licensure
• Wisconsin dental assistants encouraged to apply
• CPR/BLS certification
• Digital x-ray certification preferred
• Dental software experience preferred (Fuse experience a plus)
• Digital scanning experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate

Work Location: In person – Winona, MN
