About the Role:

Novatech Engineering Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, review, and supervision of electrical systems across various building and infrastructure projects. This role requires technical excellence, leadership, and a strong commitment to safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and review electrical systems for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, Qatar Construction Standards, and international electrical codes.
• Prepare detailed load calculations, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Review and approve electrical design drawings and shop drawings from consultants and contractors.
• Supervise site electrical installations and ensure alignment with design specifications and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (architectural, structural, mechanical) to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Conduct technical evaluations, feasibility studies, and energy efficiency assessments.
• Support project management teams with design solutions and technical clarifications during project execution.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Grade A certified Electrical Engineer (MMUP/UPDA).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical design and consultancy.
• Expertise in electrical systems design, load calculations, and technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of Qatar Construction Standards and international electrical codes
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
