Licensed Electrician

Overview
Licensed electrician ONLY.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, including experience with logic controllers, low voltage systems, and the National Electrical Code (NEC). This role requires proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics, as well as the ability to use hand tools effectively. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.

Duties

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures according to NEC standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of electrical systems.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform installations and repairs efficiently.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using diagnostic tools such as an ohmmeter.
• Work with logic controllers to ensure proper functionality of automated systems.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople during renovation projects to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
• Perform routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on-site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including low voltage applications.
• Familiarity with NEC regulations and standards.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Experience in frame carpentry is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team on various projects.
• A valid electrician's license or certification is preferred but not required.
