Position Title: Licensed Industrial Journeyman Electrician
Location: Southeast New Mexico (Jal to Carlsbad corridor)
Project Duration: Ongoing work through the remainder of the year
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking Licensed Industrial Journeyman Electricians to support ongoing industrial projects in Southeast New Mexico between Jal and Carlsbad. This is steady, year-long work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems
Run conduit (EMT, RMC, PVC) and cable tray
Pull and terminate power and control wiring
Install and wire motors, VFDs, panels, switchgear, and instrumentation
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and one-line diagrams
Perform testing and commissioning of electrical systems
Follow all OSHA and site-specific safety requirements
Work collaboratively with supervisors, project managers, and crews
Active New Mexico Journeyman Electrician License (Required)
Industrial electrical experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
Strong understanding of NEC and industrial safety standards
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass pre-employment screening
Oil & gas, pipeline, compressor stations, or similar industrial environments
Motor controls and troubleshooting
Hazardous location experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Climb ladders and work at heights
Stand, kneel, bend, and work in physically demanding environments
