Position Title: Licensed Industrial Journeyman Electrician
Location: Southeast New Mexico (Jal to Carlsbad corridor)
Project Duration: Ongoing work through the remainder of the year
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking Licensed Industrial Journeyman Electricians to support ongoing industrial projects in Southeast New Mexico between Jal and Carlsbad. This is steady, year-long work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems

• Run conduit (EMT, RMC, PVC) and cable tray

• Pull and terminate power and control wiring

• Install and wire motors, VFDs, panels, switchgear, and instrumentation

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and one-line diagrams

• Perform testing and commissioning of electrical systems

• Follow all OSHA and site-specific safety requirements

• Work collaboratively with supervisors, project managers, and crews

Minimum Qualifications

• Active New Mexico Journeyman Electrician License (Required)

• Industrial electrical experience preferred

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications

• Strong understanding of NEC and industrial safety standards

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to pass pre-employment screening

Preferred Experience

• Oil & gas, pipeline, compressor stations, or similar industrial environments

• Motor controls and troubleshooting

• Hazardous location experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Climb ladders and work at heights

• Stand, kneel, bend, and work in physically demanding environments
