<Duties>

• Deliver engaging classroom instruction on esthetic topics including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and skin treatments such as dermabrasion and chemical peels.
• Develop detailed lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards to ensure effective knowledge transfer
• Demonstrate practical skills like facial applications, waxing, threading, and makeup application to students
• Provide personalized feedback and support to help students improve technical skills and professional demeanor
• Maintain a safe, organized classroom environment that promotes active learning and adherence to health regulations
• Stay current with industry trends and new techniques in esthetics and cosmetology to continuously enhance teaching content
• Assess student progress through evaluations, practical exams, and coursework to ensure readiness for licensing or career advancement

<Requirements>

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Esthetic Instructor with experience in teaching or training others in esthetic procedures
• Strong knowledge of anatomy relevant to skin care, massage therapy (including trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage), and facial treatments
• Proven classroom experience with adult learners in cosmetology or esthetics education
• Expertise in a wide range of aesthetic services including facials, makeup application, body waxing, eyelash extensions, laser treatments, dermabrasion.
• Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and skill levels
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students effectively
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to esthetic treatments and cosmetology practices
