Licensed Esthetician

Job Summary

Duties

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including customized Eminence Organic facials.
• Manage retail sales by recommending skincare products, conducting product demos, and upselling treatment packages to maximize client satisfaction and business growth.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations; ensure all tools and treatment areas are properly sterilized after each service.
• Utilize salon management software for appointment scheduling, client records, and sales tracking.
• Engage actively with clients through social media management by sharing before-and-after photos, promoting special offers, and fostering community engagement.
• Provide excellent guest services by listening attentively to client needs, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a memorable experience from start to finish.
• Assist at the front desk with check-in/check-out procedures, answering inquiries about services or products with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Experience

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician is required
• Strong management skills to handle retail sales initiatives effectively while maintaining high standards of sanitation and guest care.
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients on treatment options and skincare routines confidently.
• Experience with social media management tools for marketing purposes is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $200.00 per hour
