Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments
• Manage client consultations to assess skin conditions and recommend tailored treatment plans.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Engage with clients through social media management by promoting services, sharing skincare tips, and showcasing product demos to attract new business.
• Promote retail products confidently by educating clients on their benefits during service appointments.
• Assist at the front desk with guest services, appointment bookings, and answering inquiries professionally.
• Conduct product demos and educate clients on skincare routines to enhance their experience.
• Participate in ongoing training on management practices and new treatment modalities to stay current in the industry.

Experience

• Valid state cosmetology or esthetician license required; additional certifications in Med Spa treatments are a plus.
• Proven experience esthetic procedures preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
• Knowledge of social media management tools for marketing purposes is highly desirable.
• Experience in retail sales and selling techniques that drive revenue while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Familiarity with sanitation protocols specific to esthetic practices and healthcare standards.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
